Crys Yin
Crys Yin is an artist based in New York. She was born and raised in Southern California and is the daughter of Taiwanese immigrants. Yin’s paintings, drawings, and sculptures tell stories of cultural mis/connections and find humor in the mundane. She has exhibited at FLAG Art Foundation, Adam Baumgold Gallery, Fisher Parrish, LVL3, Tiger Strikes Asteroid, among others. Yin has also participated in fellowships with A.I.R., ProjectArt, Shandaken Paint School, The Lighthouse Works, ACRE, Ox-Bow and The Lower East Side Printshop. She is a 2021 Studio Immersion Fellow with Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop in New York.
